Scandinavia and Baltic states deliveries – delivery only/kerbside

For gym equipment purchased from our online shop and delivering within Scandinavia and Baltic states, we offer a ‘kerbside delivery’ service free-of-charge on all orders over EUR 1,000.

This type of delivery requires you to be at your address when the kit arrives, as you will need to assist the driver with moving boxes inside your premises.
Please note that for larger items you may require extra hands or a forklift or pallet-truck to move them inside. Tracking may not always be available, so please keep in touch with our order fulfilment team on the day of delivery to ensure things run smoothly.

Standard Delivery

Expected delivery time is between 5-7 working days, if all items from you order we have in stock. Please understand, that Our personalised gym equipment is mainly custom made. Nevertheless, it’s critically important for us to be as comfortable as possible for our customers and we strive to reduce delivery times – based on statistical data, we are trying to keep in stocks most popular items.

Standard Producing time: 8 weeks.

We aim to deliver within these guidelines at all times. However, occasional delays are sometimes unavoidable at very busy times of the year.

International Installations

Having your gym equipment installed in your new home gym or yacht gym abroad is no problem for LuxGyms team. We offer extremely competitive rates on installations. The team will travel to your area and meet your equipment on site. Once the items are fully assembled they will be tested and calibrated.
